As a Consultant at rogenSi, you will be responsible for developing relationships and building business at the executive level, diagnose client needs, negotiate terms of delivery, tailor and facilitate executive training, as well as coach and assist clients to pitch for high stakes business opportunities. It is expected that 50% of your time will be spent developing new business for rogenSi, and 50% on delivery activity. Delivery may include working 1:1 with an executive client, or facilitating a group session.
