Global economic uncertainty and turbulence continues to challenge the mindset of workers and organisations across Europe, the Middle East, North America and the Asia-Pacific. A year on from the chaos of 2010, the 2011 Global Mindset Index (GMI) has revealed more insight into the mindset and attitude of employees around the world: some bode well for the future, with positive shifts being witnessed. While these movements are positive, they appear to be in harmony with the pace (steady and ponderous) of positive change in world financial markets.
