Enabling Mindset Change

The quality of our results is determined by the quality of our actions. The quality of our actions, in turn, is determined by our pattern of thinking. At rogenSi we refer to this pattern as your mindset. Your mindset is the engine, the driving force behind taking action.

Our mindset solutions are designed through a staged process that identifies the mindset needed to peak perform in four core competencies. These include:

• Motivation;
• Self-Belief;
• Coping; and
• Focus

We can then benchmark current capability through our assessment tools, and develop specific strategies, working in synergy with the identified skill set required, to drive better thinking and exceptional performance.

Our Opinion
We define ‘mindset’ as the pattern of thinking that drives the quality of your actions. A strong, resourceful mindset will frequently be the ‘difference that makes the performance difference’. However many leaders struggle to respond to the challenge of changing the attitude or mindset of their team, fearing the task is too challenging or the path too uncertain. But research has unlocked the key ingredients of mindset strength, and each of these ingredients can be assessed and developed in all of us.
