In 2009 rogenSi introduced the Global Mindset Index – a comprehensive look inside the mind of the global workforce. Results revealed the significant challenge faced by leaders to deliver results in a difficult climate, whilst simultaneously maintaining employee engagement and morale.
For 2010 rogenSi added new categories to the Survey to evaluate leadership and the emotional connectedness and well-being of employees. The 2010 Global Mindset Index (GMI) uncovered a corporate environment much changed for the worse, with significant drops in the areas of self-belief, passion and drive of employees.
A year on from the chaos of 2010, the 2011 Global Mindset Index (GMI) has revealed more insight into the mindset and attitude of employees around the world: some bode well for the future, with positive shifts being witnessed. While these movements are positive, they appear to be in harmony with the pace (steady and ponderous) of positive change in world financial markets.
The findings of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Global Mindset Index are presented in the whitepapers below.
