All prices quoted are Australian dollar (AUD)

Confirming your place on a rogenSi Program
This booking will only be confirmed when pre-payment is received.
rogenSi reserves the right to release your position if pre-payment is not received.

Cancellations
A full refund will be made for cancellations, received in writing, outside 15 working days (3 weeks) of the course commencement. 
A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received 6-15 working days inclusive (2-3 weeks) prior to the event. 
No refunds will be made within 0–5 working days inclusive (1 week) prior to the event.
rogenSi cannot accept responsibility for changes to work or personal circumstances within this 5 working day period. 

Substitution of Participants
Requests for substitutions can be made at any time up to 24 hours prior to commencement of the program.  All requests must be sent in writing to blc.australia@rogensi.com.  
* This does not apply to our Building a Mindset for Exceptional Performance which we require a minimum of 5 working days notification due to the Mindset assessment preparation.  If the  previous participants assessment has already been completed a further $150 fee for the second Mindset assessment will be required.

Postponements – rescheduling
A program date reschedule will be permitted at no charge if notified more than 15 working days prior to the program commencement.  All requests are to be made in writing to blc.australia@rogensi.com

rogenSi Pty Ltd right to cancel or postpone
rogenSi Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. All care will be taken to give suitable notice when cancelling or rescheduling a program, however, rogenSi shall not, in any way be held responsible for any costs, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other expenses which the participant may incur.  The amount paid can be credited towards another date only if rogenSi cancels the program the participant has registered for. This credit must be used within a 6 month period or incur loss of the full amount paid.
