At rogenSi we believe that exceptional performance is comprised of specific knowledge, high level skills, effective processes, with the impact of each of these leveraged by a strong mindset.

To help leaders understand how their team’s mindset may be impacting on their current performance we invite clients and other people in business to respond to our Global Mindset Survey. The survey should take you no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

This survey specifically focuses on the mindset element of exceptional performance. This is not to deny the critical importance of knowledge, skills and process, but it is ultimately the mindset of team members that drives their energy, enthusiasm and level of their discretionary effort.

All survey respondents will receive a special copy of the results, including the interpretation of the data and insights arising from rogenSi’s mindset specialists.

All information that is submitted remains private and confidential. Results will be used for research. All identifying information will not be disclosed to any third party.

• report how you feel about each question NOW

The survey contains an eight-point scale to indicate how true (most like you) or how false (most unlike you) each statement is as a description of you. Please do not leave any statements blank.
