Public Programs

The Business Learning Centre provides cost-effective, powerful learning solutions for individuals, smaller organisations and larger companies. Many large organisations use the Business Learning Centre to send one or two new employees so they can quickly be brought up to date in the skills provided previously to the wider team. For example, when RogenSi has implemented an account management or sales solution, new employees can attend a program with participants from other organisations, thus cost-effectively gaining the same skills that the team learned in formal in-house programs. Individuals choose the Business Learning Centre to share in benefits normally taught to large organisations in private, in-house sessions. And smaller organisations know they will get the same quality of learning for one or two individuals at cost per head less than the cost of a full program. Many organisations now book team members on public programs to add specific skill sets, not required by the rest of the team
